LADOGA – Mrs. Willard (Mable Annis) Shrout, 78, of Ladoga, died Sunday in Golden Manor Nursing Home here. She was a member of Ladoga Nazarene Church. She was born in Ladoga Oct. 15, 1897, a daughter of Bert and Eva Plunkett. Surviving are her husband; four sons, Leland and Lewis of Ladoga, James Howard of Vista, Calif., and Mitchell “Mike” of Crawfordsville; three daughters, Mrs. Viola Miller of Lizton, Mrs. Mary Yeagley of Ladoga and Mrs. Myrtie Westenskow of San Diego, Calif.; a brother, Russell of Danville; a sister, Mary Gobel of Mansfield, Ohio; 31 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Perkins Funeral Home here. Burial will be in Ladoga Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday. – jlr
